Shandong Guanxian Dahai Composite Materials Co., Ltd. founded in 2015, our company has always been deeply engaged in the field of steel corrugated guardrails, focusing on the full industrial chain layout of R&D, production, sales and export of corrugated guardrails. With professionalism and perseverance, we have become a benchmark enterprise in the highway traffic protection field, serving customers around the world.

Relying on a strong annual production capacity of 150,000 tons, we have built a modern production base integrating production, processing and testing. Equipped with a series of advanced equipment such as laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, precision punching machines and automatic hot-dip galvanizing production lines, we have realized the whole-process automated and standardized operation from raw material processing to finished product delivery, which can meet the large-order supply needs of the overseas market.

Adhering to the concept of "Customized Service, Diversified Adaptation", we can accurately meet the requirements of different standards such as GB (Chinese Standard), AASHTO (American Standard) and EN (European Standard).
We have specially set up an R&D department, focusing on the optimization of production processes and the upgrading of environmental protection technologies. We continuously explore more efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly production modes to promote product iteration and upgrading, and practice the concept of green development while improving the protective performance of products. Up to now, the company has obtained 3 invention patents and 33 utility model patents.

The company has set up a professional quality inspection department and established a strict full-process quality control system. From the inspection of incoming raw materials, the patrol inspection during production to the final inspection of finished products leaving the factory, we ensure that 100% of the products leaving the factory are qualified.
